The announcement involves a number of goods import and export inspection standards, including SN/T1589.12-2012 the inspection of import and export of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 12: far infrared heating products, SN/T1589.13-2012 the import and export of household inspection procedures and similar electrical appliances - Part 13: air conditioner, SN/T1589.14-2012 inspection procedures of import and export of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 14: Hot and cold water dispenser, SN/T1589.15-2012 into export of household and similar electrical appliances testing procedures - part 15: motor - compressor, SN/T3241.1-2012 inspection and technical requirements of the import and export of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 1: AC electric fans efficiency, SN/T3241. 2-2012 examinations and technical requirements of the import and export of household and similar electrical appliances - Part 2: automatic rice cookers efficiency, the SN/T3242.2-2012 import and export water heater inspection procedures - Part 2: Gas water heater, SN/T3246 .1-2012 "import and export of audio and video equipment inspection and technical requirements - Part 1: Sound energy efficiency."

The above criteria are formally implemented with effect from May 1, 2013.
